Sarah Shin is the Chief People Officer at Komodo Health, where she leads Komodo’s teams and initiatives across People; Talent and Acquisition; Learning; and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.  

Before joining Komodo, Sarah oversaw all facets of people and culture strategy and development, most recently as the Chief Diversity Officer for Cloudera. Prior to Cloudera, Sarah held senior leadership positions at organizations including Apple, Apple Health, LeapFrog, and Hewlett Packard. She has deep domain experience across HR-wide corporate strategy planning, implementation, vision, and operations, as well as talent management and development strategies for global workforces.

Sarah holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Boise State University in Idaho.
