Miles is a seasoned leader with more than 20 years of experience in the technology industry. Miles previously was Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales at Talkdesk, a leading cloud contact center platform that leverages artificial intelligence and analytics to enhance the customer experience and operational efficiency. He has scaled complex global sales teams at IBM, Cisco, and Aspen Technology, and he has been consistently recognized for his excellence in revenue management, strategy, and execution. Miles has a passion for digital transformation and delivering value to customers across various industries and geographies. 

He holds an MBA in management and strategy and has earned multiple certifications in technology and GTM leadership.
